CalSnap · Food Journal
Log meals with food search, barcodes, and custom entries, alongside nutrition goals, water, and weight records.
Why I built it
Repeated input and scattered records make food journaling cumbersome. CalSnap connects daily entries, reusable foods, and meal presets with longer-term review.

Actual interface
Actual WeChat DevTools screen captured on 2026-10-26, showing the interface rather than evidence of health outcomes.
What it does
Meal logging
Search nutrition data, scan barcodes, or enter custom foods; adjust portions and reuse favorites, recent foods, and presets.
Daily overview
Review daily intake, nutrition goals, water entries, and previous meal records.
Weight and goals
Record weight and configure nutrition goals within the same mini program.
Current scope and limits
Photo-based food recognition is no longer available. Nutrition data and name-based suggestions require review; estimates are not professional nutritional assessments or medical advice.
Screenshots document a running interface; this page does not embed the application. Public access is available only where a project website link is shown.
